Henry's Homegirls

Photo taken from

First of all, I apologise for not posting recently but college work has taken over my life-literally! I’ve now realised that studying four essay-based subjects is not the best of ideas!

I have never published a post like this before, so I was a bit apprehensive before posting this. Anyway…enough of rambling on, let’s get to the post about the amazing designer, Henry Holland and his ‘Homegirls’.

As my fellow fashionista’s will know, London held its Spring/Summer 2014 fashion week during September, I would love to attend LFW but I haven’t got round to that yet (fingers crossed for next year!).

I tend to take a liking to most designers, but Holland is definitely one of my favourites. I would love to own every single item Holland has designed but I guess that will never happen *sighs*.

It is safe to say that I fell in love with Holland’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection; every outfit was my definition of perfect! Holland produced something for every girl, tracksuits and baseball caps for tomboys and sweet lace dresses for girly girls.

One of my favourite designs, strangely, was the white tee with a bright coloured religious print, I usually like floral patterns and shades of pink, however, this attention-seeking tee caught my eye straight away and made its way up to the top of my favourites list.

I cannot criticise Holland at all as every piece is unique and any girl can relate to at least one piece from the range. Well-done Henry!

  1. Hi Lucy, I like Henry Holland too. I love the styles you've picked out but I can only afford the outfits they have in Debenhams, which seem to be at the lower end of his collection. I was in London a couple of weeks ago and wanted to buy one of his skirts but it was so expensive. I wish designers would realise that most of us can't afford to pay outrageous prices. Millie
