Beauty on a Budget

If you're a student who loves anything to do with beauty, then you'll know how hard it is to walk away from that gorgeous lipstick you've been wanting for a while, or to put back that new, amazingly rated moisturiser you've had your eye on...and you'll find it extremely heartbreaking when someone comes along and purchases the products that you would love to have in your shopping bag! We might ask the question, why don't we just bite the bullet and buy it? But then we come back into reality and realise that we have a budget, and unfortunately can't afford to constantly buy expensive products like all our favourite celebrities. However, luckily for us, there are some really great brands that we can afford without breaking our bank, and some are just as good as the expensive ones!

I know it's time to stop purchasing expensive products when my purse starts decreasing in size and I have very little money left, but I also still have the urge to continue to spend as more money on beauty. This sometimes leaves me in a crisis when I realise I have went way over the top with shopping and barely have any money left whatsoever. When I'm stuck in this situation, the store I always head for is my local Boots. One of the things I love about Boots is that they always have a variety of offers in store and online.

We all know that being a teenage is difficult and our lives become more difficult if we suddenly have a spontaneous breakout of spots. Spots are very common during our teenage years so they're nothing to worry about. My favourite product for keeping my skin clear is Clearasil Daily Clear Daily Gel Wash, I've used this since I can remember, and I have never once had a huge breakout, I also rarely get spots so this is my all time favourite product. However, you have to remember that everyone is different so this product may not work as well as I say for you. It's always something to try though. One of the best things about this product is the price, you can purchase it for just £4.49, which is very reasonable!

Sometimes lipstick can be the thing that makes a day that tiny bit better. Whether you're wanting to stand out with a bright red, or go for the natural look with a nude or light pink, there a range of lipsticks that you can still purchase even if you're short on money. One of my favourite high-street brands is Rimmel London and my all time favourite collection is the Rimmel Lasting Finish Matte by Kate Moss. There are many different shades and fragrances...yes, you read that right, you can purchase different scents of these lipsticks! The lipsticks are also reasonably priced at only £5.49!

If you've had a hard day, and you just want to sit down and relax, there's nothing better than also having that smooth skin feeling. There are so many products on the market that are over-priced yet we all still seem to purchase them and put the affordable products at the bottom of our list. Nivea Express Hydration Body Lotion will instantly make your skin feel a whole lot better and a whole lot softer, and you still don't have to break your bank! The lotion is priced at £5.10.

Nothing feels better than great conditioned hair. Say goodbye to bad hair days and use conditioner on the ends of your hair to make your hair look amazing. Everyone loves a good conditioner and in most cases, premium conditioner is a product that steals your money just so you can have nice hair. But no need to worry, Tresemme Moisture Rich Conditioner will help all your hair problems go away. It's also priced at only £4.99 and this price is for a 900ml bottle!

These are just a few products that can help you save, who said beauty has to be expensive.
